White Gum Valley

This proposal for a tiny house in White Gum Valley attempts to provide an affordable pragmatic design to meet the brief  and push the boundaries of accepted practices of contemporary housing design in Western Australia. Designed for a single couple, this rear block design is distinctive for the alfresco patio area being the main living area for the house, with a double height void with raking ceiling over the kitchen and dining. Additionally, it is intended to show the benefits of using steel framed construction and SIPS (structural insulated panels) system for the building envelope.
